How you can change, delete or remove your information
If you have a particular concern or query about your personal information or would like to change or delete any information held by us please contact us via e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . If you have received any promotional material and do not wish to receive it, then upon notification, we will not send it to you.
In accordance with the privacy law we are able to give you access to your personal information, except where it would be deemed inappropriate or exempted by law i.e. - disclosing someone else’s personal information.
Delivery
AUSTRALIA
Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays. Standard Australian shipping cost is AU$15.00.
We deliver by courier and require a signature as proof of delivery. If no one is at home, a card will be left with contact details to arrange a more suitable delivery time. If you work during the day, we recommend that you provide your work address. We deliver by Australia Post to PO Boxes and RMBs.
INTERNATIONAL
We deliver garments anywhere in the world – delivery time varies according to destination. Airmail postage is charged at cost according to weight. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Chino Kids will always endeavor to deliver goods promptly, but will not accept responsibility for delays in delivery, irrespective of the cause.
Terms & conditions
PRICING
All prices on our order form (available on request) are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Good and Services Tax (GST). Overseas customer order totals are calculated without GST.
ORDERING
As soon as an order is placed directly with Chino Kids Pty Ltd, the purchaser is deemed to have agreed to, and is bound by, the ‘Terms and Conditions’ herein described by Chino Kids.
All orders placed are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed on the placing of an order. You will only be charged for garments that you receive.
PAYMENT
All major credit cards are accepted – Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club. We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit card details are valid. Sorry no CODs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return or exchange a garment, please enclose a completed ‘Returns & Exchanges’ form (available on request from Chino Kids Pty Ltd) and a copy of the invoice to ensure prompt processing. All garments must be unworn, unwashed and returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. Comments would be appreciated. Send to: Chino Kids- 16 Harper Street, Abbotsford, Victoria 3067. In the case of a return, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs (unless the goods are faulty or not as ordered).
If you wish to exchange a garment please follow the same instructions as above. Additionally, please enclose a stamped, addressed envelope for the garment to be returned to you (Australia only). For overseas exchanges freight will be charged at cost. Please do not re-use our courier bag.
We will not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from a retail outlet. Please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that fail to reach us.
